FAULTY GOODS:
Your satisfaction is our first priority. We will gladly repair, replace, or refund faulty products as per Australian Consumer Law.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Simply contact us and we will action a remedy.
Please note that if (1) the product is found to be working, (2) the fault/damage is due to misuse, neglect or reasonable wear and tear, or (3) the product is not one which was purchased from us (e.g. mismatching serial numbers, different stocked product), then unfortunately we cannot offer you a remedy. You will be charged a re-delivery fee to have the items returned to you.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:Change of mind returns are accepted. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
- All returned products must be in original, brand new, and sealed condition. If an item is found to be opened, used or damaged, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, and will be returned at the buyers expense.
- No returns or exchanges after 30 days.
- Shipping cost are not refundable.
- Return postage will be paid by the buyer.
Due to the nature of these products, they are ineligible for return: gift cards, digital codes/cards, downloadable software products, and any product requiring an activation code.
