I didnt wanna give this a bad review but you guys forced me to do it. Not only the product is disapponting but the GAMORY TEAM is just straight LAZY,
I ordered this product Jan 9th and received it on the 12th. I immediately emailed GAMORY SUPPORT that this product doesnt fit on my dock.
they asked me to send them a VIDEO so i did ASAP.
next email i received from them is to send them PHOTOS of the product and dock, SO I DID ASAP.
then they told me if i read the manual of the product (OFCOURSE I DID, FYI I ALSO DID MY RESEARCH TRYING TO MAKE IT FIT BUT IT JUST WOULDNT)
now after a few days of NOT REPLYING THEY TOLD ME TO DESTROY THE PRODUCT (GRIPCASE) which i did again ASAP and send them pictures of the product destroyed. Again days without replying.
then
Jan 24 Lloyd from support sent me an email about they received it and they already passed it to the team
and the refund will be process later that day or tomorrow he said (Jan 25)
its already 5 days pass january 25 and still nothing.
im sorry guys but its just not fair i originally wanted to return the product for the refund, and order the neogrip instead since the gripcase wasnt dockable, now you told me to destroy it for the refund but still no refunds was given. Remember i was trying to return this since 12th of January.
SO THANK YOU GAMORY TEAM, THANK YOU FOR DOING THIS TO ME.
